I will be your biggest cheerleader. If you are feeling insecure, doubtful, or unmotivated. I’am here to support you. If you are kicking ass I will be present to celebrate your wins as well.

Be ready to pivot

As your body starts to change or stall just know that we will have to pivot and change things such as workout plans and food intake. I ask that you trust me and that you trust yourself as well during this process.

Adjustment

Be patient with yourself. Do not expect perfection as we are not perfect. Be gentle with yourself as this is a process and we are working on introducing new habits.

Transparency & honesty

Number one priority is that we are honest with one another. Constructive feedback is always welcomed. I will do my best to meet your needs at all times.
